-Time Line
•You’ll be assigned a new 12 Week Program Upon Completion,
•You’ll Graduate to The Next 12 Week Program, where you can expect even more fat loss & muscle building.

-Logistics
•12 Weeks of Fitness , Nutrition & Accountability Training

-Nutrition
•You’ll start off with one meal plan, based around your goals ,schedule , & food preferences. Every time you successfully log & complete 100% of a meal plan for one day, you’ll receive another day. You’ll get *up to 10 different meal plan variations. I’ll also log in to your local grocery stores online app, and order your groceries for you so that you don’t have to spend time or face temptation in the store! (groveled not included in price of program

-Training Programs
•You’ll be assigned training programs based specifically around your goals. You’ll have full access to the Hardin’s Fitness App, with video demos & breakdowns for each exercise . Every 4 weeks , you’ll move up a notch in intensity & difficulty, meaning more results!

-Accountability
•You’ll be added to Our Private FB Group, with other people reaching the same goals as you. You’ll get weekly video calls, and I’ll check in DAILY with you to keep you on your training & nutrition programs.
•24/7 Support. Every question or request will be answered within 4 hours, every day!

SECRET 😬 Working out has always been a struggle for me! 🤦🏾‍♀️I hate sweating and being out of breath, it just wasn’t my forte’. Then I shifted my mindset in 3 ways: 1. Instead of looking at it as I HAD to workout; now I see it as I GET to workout. There’s ALOT of people that can’t get up & exercise, and don’t have the privilege of being able bodied. • • 2. When I finally started to see results. I quickly realized that it’s not for nothing. My sweaty/out of breath workouts are going to take me to my goals. • • 3. I have the best trainer in the world @hardinsfitness !
